Unfortunately, not everything runs smoothly. If you feel dissatisfied with our product, we will assist you with eligible returns. All you need to do is supply us with your order number and first name, and we can help you from there. Not only are mushrooms at our hearts but so are you, our loyal customers.

Useful information about delivery
As we are a small-scale student business, we are unable to post our product overseas. This is in compliance with the Food Act of 2014.
However, we are still able to post all around New Zealand, but the cost may be charged to the customer.
